Mike Wilen, Co-Founder, President, and Licensed Broker Associate, has completed over 750 seller-side transactions (listing agent) across multiple asset classes. He began his career as a front-desk admin and earned the mentorship of a renowned entrepreneur—an early experience that helped shape his career. Nearly two decades ago, he co-founded Wilen Group to elevate the level of service and intelligence in the real estate industry. Known for his strategic vision and market insight, Mike combines deep industry expertise with a background in data and computer programming. He has developed proprietary tools for listing syndication, MLS reciprocity exchange, Python-based data aggregation platforms, end-to-end AWS SES email systems, enterprise-level CRM (SQL), valuation algorithms, and the facilitation of over 5,000 .com domains. His multidisciplinary experience includes development lease conversion, land platting, zoning approvals, complex commercial configurations, structured financing, and investment analysis. Mike has represented more than 35 local and global lenders in the sale and valuation of REO properties, completing over 400 REO transactions and delivering more than 10,000 portfolio valuations, including work in loss severity modeling, delinquency forecasting, and asset preservation.
